The Open Bible:
Our church mission is to honor God and help people through the preaching of His Word.
There is no greater symbol that expresses that than an open Bible.
We encourage every person that walks through our doors to read their Bible and study God’s Word. 2 Tim 3:15-17
The Bible Ribbon:
The Bible ribbon is a picture of life’s journey from beginning to end.
The Bible tells us where we began, Creation (Genesis 1) and where we can end, Heaven (John 14)
Throughout life’s journey there will be many experiences we face that become clearer through God’s Word.
It is our desire to help everyone gain a better understanding of God’s Word throughout that journey.
The Cross of Christ:
“The preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” 1 Cor 1:18
We have been called of God to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the glorious news “that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Cor 15:3-4
The Horizontal Line:
The Horizontal line represents the entire world to which we are to take the good news of Christ.
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15
